Using vibrant colors and varied patterns, Oh, Hey! celebrates joy as both a gift and an act of resistance. Centering lavender as a symbol of queer resistance and reference to the Lavender Scare, all of the colors of the mural change with the sunlight. A walk around the shipping container reveals lenticular elements that vary depending on the viewing angle. These dynamic design elements encourage viewers to seek out new perspectives.
